The shipping costs in the Netherlands are:

€44.99 for orders up to 499 euros.
Free for orders from €499

€74,- for shipping to Belgium, free from €1500,-

Priority Delivery

Delivery takes place on pallet transport. In general, delivery will take place within 2-3 working days after placing the order. If this is not the case, we will contact you within a few hours about any delay. We deliver your order on working days from Tuesday to Friday.

No Priority Shipment

We will contact you within 24 hours of your order by email or telephone to schedule a delivery appointment. You can then schedule a delivery date with us that is a maximum of 6 months in the future.

Shipping choice Delivery + laying service

We will contact you to plan the job and delivery. Please note that this must be a date at least 4-5 weeks from the order date. We always schedule delivery 2-3 days before installation. So that the floor can get used to the environment.

General information about the shipment from Happyfloors.nl

Our floors are shipped with ''pallet transport'', this transport is often done with large trucks that cannot reach everywhere. Would you please indicate this in your comments so that we can take this into account?

The delivery person takes the pallet where you want to receive it, in principle the delivery person delivers it to the front door. The delivery person uses a ''pallet truck'' which cannot go over obstacles such as a sill. But our delivery person can drive it behind your home or into your garage, for example.

Returns

In the EU, you have the right to cancel online purchases and other purchases of goods and services not made in a store (e.g. over the phone or at the door) within 14 days. You don't have to give a reason, you can just change your mind. We do ask for a fee of at least 79 euros for returning 1 pallet. We charge the actual costs for returning pallets. For the return of skirting boards without returning the floor, we ask 69,- per box/package. We also have to drive a truck for this. We will of course reimburse returns due to production errors or incorrect deliveries. In order to be able to offer free delivery, we are unfortunately forced to use the above rates. We hope you understand this. If you bring the goods yourself, we charge 50, - costs, it does not matter what you return.
